Product description
The Eco S Line 3 section loft ladder comes as a complete kit required with an insulated hatch door and a handrail stored within the trapdoor. Suitable for heights up to 2.85m.
- Spring clip to secure sections when deployed
- Solid spruce timber ladder
- Rubber draught excluder
- Handrail to aid safe climbing
- Slip-resistant treads and feet
- Fits in UK standard 0.6m joist centres
- 20mm thick white-faced trapdoor with high-insulating design reduces heat loss
- Insulation coefficient: 1.32 W/m² °C (Calculated) / 1.60 W/m² °C (Tested)
- Requires no arc space for clearance or storage space in the loft
- Includes timber stowing pole
